By participating in the BlurbCards Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

The referral program is open to individuals or businesses who refer new advertisers to BlurbCards. Referrers must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Qualified Referrals

A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a business that:

• Has not previously advertised with BlurbCards

• Was not previously contacted by BlurbCards directly

• Books and fully pays for an ad space

• Lists the referring individual’s name at time of sign-up or on their booking form
  
  Referrers may not refer their own business or act as both the referrer and the referred.

3. Reward Amount

• Residents: $25 reward sent via Venmo or PayPal

• Businesses: $25 credit applied to the next postcard ad booking
  

  Rewards are issued per Qualified Referral.

4. Reward Limitations

• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

• Only one reward will be granted per new business referred.

• Multiple individuals cannot claim the same business referral.

• Rewards will only be processed after the referred business completes their booking and payment.

• No reward will be granted for referrals that do not result in a completed and paid ad booking.

5. Payment Terms

• Rewards for residents are typically issued within 14 days of ad payment.

• Businesses will see credit reflected on their next invoice.

• Referrers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
  
  Referrers are responsible for following up regarding any unreceived rewards. BlurbCards will not issue rewards retroactively for referrals reported after 60 days from the referred business’s booking date.

6. Misuse & Fraud

BlurbCards reserves the right to withhold rewards and disqualify referrers in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

7. Program Changes

BlurbCards reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice.

8. Final Discretion

BlurbCards retains sole discretion in determining referral eligibility, reward fulfillment, and program interpretation. Any disputes or exceptions will be resolved at BlurbCards’ discretion. Terms may be updated without prior notice.
